Sancerre White 2012

"A classic minerally Sancerre in which the Sauvignon Blanc aroma is now subtle, but the wine has an earthy, lemon-peel, tea leaf aroma and a delicate, not-too-austere mid-palate. Not yet very complex, but great acidity for aging 3 to 10 more years. Longer aging is best done at cooler tempertures.”
