Domaine Vincent Delaporte 2011 - Chavignol

Bright and lightly brown color. Nose, a beautiful expression of ripe yellow fruits precedes an attack in full and firm mouth. This nice pulpy side shows a beautiful maturity. Aromatically real generosity unfolds; it is both fleshy and alive. A little carbonic beading is certainly for something.

The vines are 35 years old on average, they are planted half on flint land and the other on limestone (caillottes and terres blanches). Winemaking process : long and soft pressing, racking, fermentation in stainless steel thermo-regulated vats and aging on lees for three months.
