The Delaporte Estate, located in Chavignol in the Sancerre region, is a family-run business that has been passed down through generations since the 17th century. Currently led by Matthieu Delaporte, grandson of Vincent Delaporte, the estate is dedicated to quality with practices such as vineyard restructuring, herbicide-free farming, and barrel fermentation. Since 2015, all harvests are done by hand, and in 2023, the estate was certified organic. Spanning 33 hectares, the estate mainly grows Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, with a strong focus on respecting the terroir and the environment.
