Tasty mouth, juicy pear taste and balance between fruit tenderness and tartness . Intense energy, this wine has a real fine grain and a very subtle woody taste. Cuvée Maxime Silex is also very appriceated (great success as well, selected in the selection of 5 bottles to buy).
